DCL was a strong partner overall, with a great portal, broad network, and an excellent team. However, we began to encounter errors as our B2B business scaled.
Excellent 3PL with outstanding physical operations, top-notch customer service, and easy-to-use software. However, there’s been a gap in how quickly they address some integration updates. Matching their operational and service excellence on the tech side would make them even stronger, especially as technology continues to become more critical.
The site operates efficiently when it comes to order fulfillment; however, there is a need for greater transparency and visibility in invoicing. The invoices can be difficult to interpret due to limited information available in their portal, “E-Factory,” making it necessary to request additional data to accurately reconcile shipping costs. Overall, the operational performance is satisfactory.
