Etail Fulfilment Services was set up in 2008 by Mark Hepworth to provide quality outsourced customer service and fulfilment to smaller and medium sized businesses. Mark has worked in the industry for more than 25 years and latterly held senior positions within Capita Fulfilment Services and Two-Ten Communications. He has extensive experience across a variety of sectors including Mail Order, E-Commerce, Charities and Public Sector. He has worked with names such as QVC, BBC, Daily Mail, RSPB, Damart, The Home Office and eBuyer to name just a few.
