Nimble — Third-Party Fulfillment Provider

Nimble prides itself on its systems and automation. We utilize our proprietary hardware and systems which provide automated storage and retrieval. This automates 100% of the picking process and a majority of the packing functions as well. Out of the 21,000 North American 3PLs, Nimble is one of the few that is offering access to our highly automated, robotic fulfillment network without any CapEx. To date, we have displaced 80% of the building headcount and shrunk our operating footprint to about a fourth of a manual operation without sacrificing throughput capabilities. We use no labor during the picking process and are currently automating the pack-out and carrier sortation processes as well. We have also made an investment in auto baggers and auto packaging machines. This innovation reduces Nimble's reliance on people, giving us much more control and predictability over our costs. A key reason we are able to remain competitive around pricing compared to our peers in the market is because of how we are a vertically integrated fulfillment company and have eliminated the middleman. We are focused on omni-channel profiles that operate at the unit level primarily with focus on small, lightweight items with sku complexity. Our primary verticals we work with today are apparel, fashion accessories, footwear, health & beauty, nutraceuticals and small electronics.
