At its core, Ship Apollo was built because of the owners' frustrations with their own experiences in shipping for their ecommerce brand. The owners of Ship Apollo were ecommerce brand owners first and when it came to the need for them to hire a 3PL to ship their orders, it became a bit of a nightmare. Orders being shipped incorrectly, products being carelessly packed, inventory being mismanaged, charges that seemed to come out of nowhere. Founded in 2019 and going strong today, we service a variety of brands that needed to address the same issue - finding a reliable, long-term partner that works as an extension of your own team. Really, a 3PL should feel like a department within your company - with open communication, visibility and functionality. We currently run two operations within Canada to save money for our brands, and to impress their customers with shipping times. True to ourselves, we focus on the basics because getting the basics right means sets the foundation for everything to come.
