Total Biz Fulfillment was formed in 1993 utilizing the knowledge and experience gained in operating a book and magazine publishing company called Hobby House Press which was started back in the 1940s. As a family owned and operated business we currently provide our services for 50 brands ranging from gifts, toys, games, housewares, pets and health & beauty supplies. Current owners Gary R. Ruddell, Chairman and his son Paul Ruddell, Chief Executive Officer ensure our services are presented in a friendly, professional, and cost effective manner while striving to exceed the expectations of manufacturers and their clients. Our goal is to provide support for any and all sales channels our clients wish to utilize. From key national accounts with their demands for Electronic Document Interchange (EDI) and compliance requirements, to specialty stores with their need for true pick and pack services, to supporting your merchants with drop shipping services, to shipping products directly to your customers – Total Biz Fulfillment provides the necessary support for all of these channels.
