We can ship your brand under our permits, relieving you from having to obtain, pay and report to each of these states directly. We will pay the applicable sales and excise taxes to states that we ship to on your behalf and bill those taxes back to you after they are paid. These are monthly, quarterly, and annual. The winery is responsible for collecting destination-based sales tax at the time of the sale. You can supplement our permits with you own, or have all of your own permits. We can ship under your permits or ours, as long as we are keeping compliant in the state. Each winery is responsible for reporting to and paying taxes to the states they hold permits in.
