At Slotted, we’re constantly evolving to provide you with tools that make your business more efficient and successful. We're excited to announce two powerful new features—Brand Referral Codes and Customer Reviews—that will help you engage with new brands, streamline the proposal process, and showcase your reputation to potential clients.

1. Brand Referral Codes

Based on valuable feedback from providers like you, we’ve introduced Brand Referral Codes to make the process of connecting brands and providers even smoother. Here's how it works:

Support Brands Outside Your ICP
If a brand doesn’t fit your ideal client profile (ICP), you can still refer them to Slotted and help them find the right provider. When the brand opens an RFP and awards business through the platform, you’ll receive a portion of the award fee we collect.

Streamline the Proposal Process for Brands You Source
If you're already sourcing a brand outside of Slotted, you can now streamline the RFP process by leveraging our RFP tool. This allows the brand to go through the RFP process directly on the platform. If you're awarded business from a brand that uses your referral code, we’ll waive the award fee you would have otherwise paid to Slotted.

Where to Find Your Referral Code
You can access your referral code right from your profile dashboard. Invite brands directly via the platform or send the code to brands you’re working with outside the platform.

How Does It Work?
The brand must be new to the platform and open an RFP within 90 days of joining Slotted. If they meet the requirements and award business to a provider, you’ll receive a portion of the award fee. Additionally, if the brand uses your referral code and chooses to award you their business, we’ll waive your award fee.

2. Customer Reviews

Your current and former clients are your best advocates. Their positive feedback can make all the difference when new brands are evaluating providers. That’s why we’ve introduced a more efficient way for you to request reviews and testimonials directly from your customers.

Why Request Reviews?
Having ratings and reviews on your profile adds a layer of trust and social proof for prospective brands. Positive reviews help differentiate your business from competitors and highlight the quality of service you offer.

How to Request Reviews
Head to your Account tab and click on the Reviews section. From there, you can easily send review requests to current and former clients, encouraging them to leave their feedback directly on Slotted.
